I'm New here! is there a trial class?
Welcome! New clients are invited to book a New Client Trial session for just $10. This 30 minute semi-private session, offered twice weekly, is the perfect opportunity to get acquainted with our studio and the pilates reformer. Our nationally certified pilates teachers will show you around the studio, complete a health intake form, and get you started on the reformer. During this session, we can answer any questions you may have about pilates and help you find the best path for your pilates training. After this first session, if cleared for classes, please try our discounted intro pack of 4 classes, available for new clients on both the free MINDBODY app and our website.
If you have already been practicing pilates on the reformer and/or tower and are simply new to our studio, feel free to send us a message so we can waive this New Client trial for you and suggest the best class for you.
If you prefer to begin with private training sessions, feel free to skip the trial. Instead, simply send us a message at 540-533-8643 to set up your first private session. (see pricing below)

How does auto-pay work?
Autopays are a bit like a rewards program, allowing you to get discounted pricing for consistent class attendance. 8, 12 and 16 pass autopays are available. The passes renew automatically monthly on the same date as the initial purchase. All passes expire 45 days after purchase. Please choose an Autopay based on the amount of passes you will use in a month. Extra days are built in to expiration dates to cover holiday/weather/illness related cancellations, but we cannot extend passes beyond the 45 day expiration. If you prefer to book classes further out than a month, we suggest purchasing our regular class packs (they have a 6 month expiration!)
or send us a message!
How do waitlists work?
“Waitlist only” will appear on our booking site whenever a class is full. We permit two clients to add to a waitlist in the event that a spot opens up due to a cancellation. If you are added to a class from the waitlist, you will receive an email up to an hour before class letting you know. Please avoid double booking yourself to hold two spots (unless you are willing to pay for both spots in the event that you are added from the waitlist). If you prefer to not be added at the last minute, simply sign into your account and remove yourself from the waitlist.
how do i access my account to change my schedule or add a new form of payment?
Click the button below to navigate to your schedule, then click "My Account" in the right corner of the menu. You can also access your account via profile/“schedule” tab on the MINDBODY app.
Once you are logged in, click the icon to the right of the shopping cart to navigate account payment information. On the app, simply click the icon in upper right corner of profile to add a payment method to your “wallet”, view remaining passes, or to see your current schedule and class history.
What if i have to cancel my class or session?
All class cancellations must be processed through the app or website by accessing your account. All class cancellations must be canceled through the website or app 12 hours prior to class time to avoid a full class charge. Booking class appointments ahead does carry a risk of losing the pass if you end up needing to cancel at the last minute. If this is a concern, clients may choose to wait to book a class just ahead of the class time (when space allows) to minimize risk.
Private/shared private sessions must be canceled via email or text 12 hours prior to session time to avoid full session charge.

Can i bring my kids or pets along if they are well behaved?
While we love children and our furry friends, please do not bring kids or pets along to the studio during your session. Due to licensing/permits, our sessions and classes are strictly limited to registered clients. We do offer occasional programming for children. Please let us know if you are interested in a kids' class..
How do i find out about class cancellations?
If a teacher needs to cancel a single class, you will receive an email letting you know that a particular class has been canceled. If the studio needs to close due to inclement weather, you should receive an email notification if you are subscribed to studio updates on your account. We will also post any studio closures due to weather on our website and on our Instagram page.
What do i need to know Before my first class?
Plan to dress comfortably in fitted exercise clothes (shirts required. if you wear shorts, please wear fitted bike shorts underneath). Please help us keep our studio allergy free by changing out of clothes that may have pet hair, smoke or heavy fragrances. We work in socks or bare feet. Grip socks work well and can be purchased online or at local stores. Please turn all beeps/buzzes on your phone to silent and plan to “unplug” completely from phones, media, and watches for the duration of your class. Please bring water along. We have a filtered water station in the studio for your convenience. Online waivers must be completed and up to date on your account prior to your class or session. We will have a short intake form for you to complete in the studio for your first session. Please remind your instructor of any specific needs you have in your session so that we can offer appropriate modifications. If you have any questions before your first session, feel free to ask. We want you to feel welcome and comfortable!
Can i share my business info at the studio?
Except to share Carriage House community programs and local non-profit partnerships, our studio is a no-solicitation zone. We ask that clients refrain from using studio time to network for business purposes.
